WHAT ARISE DOES

Technology for
customer support work.

Arise connects independent customer support businesses with client programs. Depending on the program, servicing can involve calls, email, or chat. Agents can join an existing Service Partner business rather than registering a new business of their own.

TNT’s Arise partner offering has its own registration and work arrangement. Speak with us about joining The TNT Process as an agent. Arise provides the platform and program process; TNT confirms business approval and your written compensation terms.

KNOW THE RELATIONSHIP

Review the details together.

An Arise profile does not itself create employment with Arise. Arise pays its Service Partner business; an agent’s compensation arrangement is with that business.

Before committing, confirm your TNT agreement, pay rate, any deductions, pay schedule, certification compensation, and responsibilities. Available programs and hours vary. Registration alone does not promise selection, earnings, or work.

THE TNT CONNECTION

Join the right
business.

When you and TNT have confirmed the arrangement, choose the route for an agent joining an existing Service Partner. Use your own accurate information and complete your own registration steps.

  1. Open Arise and continue your profile.
  2. Check the business name and joining ID shown here.
  3. Follow the request-to-join steps and contact TNT when business approval is needed.
  4. Return to Arise and continue the tasks shown after approval.

If the business displayed does not match, stop and check with TNT before proceeding. For an existing profile or a sign-in problem, use Arise’s recovery/support process.

AI HELP, WITH A CLEAR PURPOSE

Ask one question.
Keep moving.

For your Arise account: ask AVA.

Open the Arise portal and look for AVA in the bottom-right corner. Ask a complete question about your current task. If the answer does not resolve it, use the live-specialist option and keep the ticket number.

Try: “How do I continue my incomplete registration?” or “Where do I find my certification class link?”

For general learning: use your own AI assistant.

Copy a general prompt for the stage you selected. You can open Gemini in your own Google account to help organize public information and questions for TNT.

Open Gemini ↗

Gemini opens separately in your account. This page does not send it your information or give it access to your Arise account. Keep passwords, identity documents, customer information, and confidential program materials out of general AI chats. Complete assessments and certification work yourself.

YOUR PERSONAL STARTING PLAN

A checklist you
can take with you.

Check your preparation steps and download your plan. The selections stay in this page’s memory, reset when you leave, and are not submitted to TNT or Arise.

These personal checks do not confirm provider registration, business approval, certification, or payment.

BEFORE YOUR NEXT STEP

A few things
to know.

Do I need to create my own company to join TNT?

Arise offers an agent route for joining an existing Service Partner. Discuss the TNT arrangement first, then choose that route if it matches the agreement. Business-owner and sole-proprietor registration are separate options.

Can I choose any program or hours?

Your available programs depend on the provider’s requirements and matching process. Read each program announcement and confirm its commitments. Servicing intervals depend on demand and availability.

Who answers questions about my pay?

Bring your agreed rate, deductions, pay schedule, and payment questions to TNT. Arise’s business revenue or advertised incentives do not automatically establish your personal compensation.

What if my account or enrollment is stuck?

Use AVA and the official support options for access errors or provider tasks. Contact TNT for business approval, the TNT agreement, or your compensation terms. Avoid creating a duplicate profile.

Does this page track my Arise application?

Your actual provider tasks and status remain in Arise. This TNT guide helps you prepare and reach the correct source. Use My TNT for the TNT services and assigned portals available to you.
