Position Overview

We are currently seeking experienced or licensed tax preparers who already have their own clientele and want to operate under a professional network that offers the tools and structure to elevate their business.

This is a commission-based, independent partnership — not an hourly, salaried, or quota-based role. You maintain ownership of your clients and control your income. TNT does not provide clients; this opportunity is for motivated professionals ready to work independently with full access to our software, training, and team resources.

Requirements:

• Must currently reside in the United States

• Must have a valid PTIN or be able to obtain one prior to tax season

• Must have or plan to build your own client base (clients are not provided)

• Must be comfortable operating as an independent professional under a partnership model

• Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to client satisfaction
